Primary Responsibilities: The candidate should be a self-starter, quick learner. Will be primarily responsible and first point of contact for delegates seeking professional training counseling. Receive, follow up and close leads from multiple channels. Maintaining up-to date database of all inquiries and conduct periodic follow-up. Understand the requirements of delegates and guide accordingly. Pleasant personality should be approachable & friendly. Ability to build good relationship with the delegates as well as with the inquiry. Secondary Responsibilities (Desired but not required) Participate in business development and marketing initiatives ( Email / SMS), liaise with various Universities / Corporates. Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Business Plans, estimates and proposals. Liaise with MNCs to gather information on current job openings and try to match delegates with required profile. ,
