Job Description

    Onyx Technology and Operations--Technology Operations and Controls ManagerWe have an exciting opportunity in our Onyx Technology and Operations Team. While this position is within technology, it s focus is on controls and process improvements within business operations as well as managing the billing operation and metrics. As a Business Operations and Controls Vice President, you will work across Onyx product, technology, operations and risk partners. Responsibilities:
    • Learn and have demonstrated understanding of Onyx products and services keeping abreast of high-level roadmap.
    • Manage Billing Operations for Onyx Product Line including invoicing, metrics and inquiries.
    • Partner with Onyx Technology, Operate and external vendor to prioritize and roll-out new billing functionality.
    • Responsible for ensuring governance deliverables and approvals are obtain prior to billing and operational deliverables.
    • Partner with business, product and control teams to ensure new products or services are rolled-out in controlled process with ready to launch requirements satisfied.
    • Partner with Operate (Technology Operations), Technology and Product Partners to streamline and automate procedures and runbook.
    • Work across business and control partners to maintain an effective controls framework.
    • Prepare presentation materials to be shared with senior management and other relevant stakeholders
    • Work with Control partners to understand and address CORE issues.
    • Provide support for audits and regulatory exams
    Qualifications:
    • 10+ years financial services industry experience including Risk/Control roles.
    • Project/Program Management experience.
    • Demonstrated understanding of technology operations and applications a plus.
    • Analytical thinker who is adept at reading across issues and identifying key drivers
    • Experience delivering strong governance and oversight across line of business and risk disciplines
    • Confident leader with good judgment, maturity, and poise to enable interaction/influencing of management
    • Well-organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and bring tasks to completion within established timeframes
    • Have a collaborative style, be flexible, and have an ability to partner with other team members across global time zones
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply
    • Bachelor s degree in business or Computer Applications
