Job Description

With over 11,000+ employees in more than 30 countries, they design, implement and develop custom-fit SAP solutions for their global customers.The Role:Open Text VIM ConsultantKey Responsibilities:
    • Installation of VIM components, BC components, Upgrades of VIM and IC/BCC.
    • Configuration of BCC/IES Invoice processing, exceptional handling, COA approval workflows, 3-way match LIX workflows, Central reporting, Scan, Email channel set up, docs set up with input channels in VIM.
    • Added advantage if awareness in few other additional Open Text products such as Enterprise Scan, Enterprise Library, Archiving and Document Access for SAP.
    • Troubleshooting the VIM implementation during all phases from Build, test, cutover, postproduction support
    Skills Required:
    • 4 to 8 years of experience in Open Text suites for SAP and VIM Solutions.
    • Experience in Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Open Text Intelligent Capture Centre (IC), Account Payable (AP), SAP Fiori, Content Server, Archive Centre, Remote Cache Server, Open Text Archiving, VIM integration with SAP S4/HANA At-least two full ends to end implementation experience mandatory.
    • Hands on Experience in VIM Configurations, PO, NPO document types and Implementation and Support for complete cycle
    • Hands on experience in Mapping Changes for EDI Bring in Vendor Part No, EDI/Any doc source field, PO vs NPO determination (Use same logic in pre-process).
    • Hands on exposure in Vendor determination for PO and NPO Invoices automation logic - pre-process and mapping engine of Send to Requisitioned Role.
    • Experience in Configuration of VIM integration with Updates to VIM EDI Imaging Template. Create image using the IDOC data. Match the existing image Smart form used on Base today.
    • Working knowledge of ABAP (Debugging), Integration with other modules (MM, FICO-AP modules with VIM integration)
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA
    • 10-14 Years
