Opening Assistant Manager Training (L&D) - HyderabadJob Discriptions:Travelling for 7 12 days a month to deliver Training Programs and measure effectiveness.Must be strong with powerpoint presentations.Must have a strong hold on preparing Training and Development modules and material on ppt. Must be an expert on Hyperlinking Excel and Media files in ppt to run training programs.Must be able to conceptualize, design, deliver (training material / programs) and measure effectiveness (feedback, improvements, implementations and ROIs, monthly).Must be a peoples person and should have delivered training program to an audience of not less than 35 50 people at one go. Must be from a Tier I / Tier II institute.Must have handled a similar profile for not less than 2 years in a retail brand consisting of more than 1,000 employees with multiple stores @ multiple cities, must include south. Overall experience, not less than 5 years.Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
