The role of an AM is to look after the efficiency of the employees who are a part of their team. Handling last moment instructions from clients in terms of product and process, rectifying the complaints of the customers, supervising the daily activities of Team Leaders and agents on floor and delegating responsibilities are the activities undertaken by the AMs on a day to day basis. DM is involved in making decisions regarding the people, the process, the technology and the customers that are part of the call centre and the future strategy and development of the centre. DM conducts regular skip meetings to address the employee grievance and find out the root cause of employees discomfort. DM is responsible for close co-ordination with Business team to procure latest updates and timely percolation on the floor. DM is responsible for conducting weekly reviews for the team members and thorough documentation of each and every meeting with reportee. ,
