Job Description

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1.5+ years of hands-on experience on DevOps practices.
  • Experience with any Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with CI-CD tools like Jenkins, Teamcity, Gradle,GoCD, UrbanCodeDeploy etc.
  • Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CICD for Microservices is an advantage.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python, Shell, Go etc.
  • Experience with any monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios, ELK, Prometheus, etc).
  • Experience with automation/configuration management using either Ansible, Puppet, Chef or any equivalent.
  • Any cloud infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Python-Boto etc.
  • Experience working with API (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with SQL or MySQL (NoSQL experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up,always-available service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self- starter/self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience architecting solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud environments.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture and working as part of a cross-functional team to implement solutions.
