- A highly professional IT Services company headquartered in UK with business operations in Middle East & India is expanding to offer Salesforce CRM services and is looking for highly motivated and dynamic candidates who can help establish and grow the newly setup Salesforce CRM Practice. Position - Salesforce Project ManagerLocation - Hyderabad Work Experience - 10 to 12 years Notice Period - Immediate candidates preferred Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end delivery & support of Salesforce projects from project initiation to delivery and support.- Responsible for Project planning and delivery as per established standards and processes- Manage and execute projects within the agreed budgets, costs and scheduled timelines- Planning resources and staffing of resources for project execution- Managing project in onsite-offshore model confirming to high quality standards using standard project management methodologies i.e. Waterfall, Agile/DevOps- Reporting on project progress and status, project KPIs and metrics as per quality norms.- Responsible for managing cross-functional project team, managing team performance and appraisals- Managing all Customer interactions, customer meetings, communications and responsible for CSAT- Deliver Projects confirming to Salesforce recommended best practices- Collaborate with presales team for proposal preparations, effort estimations, KT during project initiation Required Experience and Skills:- Total Experience of 10-12 years with 5 years Project Management experience on Salesforce- Highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.- Experience of presenting to senior leaders and C-level execs- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills. Managed team of 10-15 resources- Strong Project management experience using Waterfall, Agile, DevOps framework. Good knowledge and experience of Salesforce DX- Solid functional knowledge across Salesforce products and solutions. Experience of delivering Salesforce solutions integrated with other enterprise solutions like ERP, HCM, Middleware, Data warehousing, BI/AI- Atleast 2 large end-to-end project implementations for enterprise customers- Must have Salesforce Certification(s)- Knowledge of other enterprise class solutions like ERP, HCM, Middleware, DW, BI/AI- Experience of working / integrating with other Salesforce products e.g. Mulesoft, Heroku, Tableau, Mulesoft- Experience of working with customers in Europe, Middle East and India regions Interested Candidatesmay apply with updated / latest Resume, Total Experience, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period.
