ROLE: -Coordinate activities with data sourceapplicationowners for all projects to understand the current status of test data management.Analyze the gaps in the current data management and address the challenges and limitations in the current system.Sensitive data analysis for PHI, PCI & PII data for large databasesWork closely with the Test Environment teamBe an SME and take ownership of the TDM implementation.Implement enterprise wide Centralized TDM ServicesImplement E2E TDM Processes -TDM workflow, enable ServiceNow portal for test data requestsEnsure the data is delivered to the customers at the right time as per agreed SLAAutomate data refresh and data provisioningAccountable for data refresh from Production, data masking, data generation and data archiving.Address any queries raised by the business in a timely manner and within the stipulated SLA time.Monitor Service now for any user created tickets and resolve within the SLA agreed upon.Strive to identify opportunity of improvements in the application and develop expertise on implementing any continuous improvements.Proactively raise any gaps identified during the operations and follow up with the concerned team until closure.Coordinate with upstream/downstream application teams and the key stakeholders for any data issues, outages or impact arising due to data.Ensure that the defined metrics are adhered.Helps in creating necessary supporting documents for the applications.Send out appropriate status updates as and when required.Being flexible to work in shifts and extend helping hands during critical times. MANDATORY SKILLS:Test Data background with min of 5+ years of TDM experienceHands-on experience in test data management and TDM Broadcom toolStrong analytical, coordination and communication skillsExtensive knowledge of SQL, test data design and test data management tools with a proven history of providing effective test data solutions2+ years of experience with Broadcom TDM required3+ years of experience with any commercial TDM tool like Informatica TDM or IBM Optim or Talend TDM or Delphix or FileAID EX or CA TDMMin. 2-3 Years of experience as TDM LeadProficient in Java, UNIX Shell Scripting & Windows ScriptingKnowledge of relational database design, programming and information retrieval techniques; Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries, insert/update statements.
