Job Description

  • On a quarterly basis, creating and presenting to key stakeholders, the Core Market purchasing forecast that begin the budgeting process for the entire US Debt Buying Business
  • Complete accountability for all Salesforce.com data integrity, requiring:
  • Regular monitoring and reporting against market trends and changes in the competitive landscape via the creation and maintenance of purchasing related dashboards in Tableau.
  • Owning and delivering to Sr. Executives, accurate and timely purchasing pipeline reports across global business lines
  • Ability to break down complex business issues into key components and recommend practical solutions to drive results
  • Driving implementation of significant short- and long-term projects contributing to the overall growth and profitability of Encore
  • Becoming a go-to resource for senior leadership for ad-hoc analysis and projects to drive continued operational excellence
  • Enhancements to automated processes that ensure 100% data accuracy in Salesforce
  • Leadership through others at varying levels in the organization who will be responsible for inputting data
  • Responsibility for all SalesForce.com administration including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reports and dashboards
  • Produce quarterly analytics reports, as well as on-demand custom reports for Customer Advocacy, Logistics, Entitlement, and Finance teams. Create and manage audits to ensure entitlement accuracy for Support customers (SKUs, support contract details).
