Reference Data Quality Team Reference Data Quality Team is accountable for data quality practice across CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking). It involves Data issue management through various lifecycle phases until remediation/closure. It involves Data issue management through various lifecycle phases until remediation/closure. Team is responsible for setting up Data Quality framework to capture, execute report and analyze data quality rules and data profiling service.Role CIB Data Quality Senior Team Member DQ SWAT Team Job Description The Reference Data Quality SWAT Analyst predominantly will manage the investigation & data remediation of the Data Quality exceptions generated for Party & Instrument domains. The expectation of a Senior Team Member is to work with the team and internal/external stakeholders and drive through the exception management. Responsibilities

  • To follow Data Quality process as per Reference Data standards providing high quality support and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all Data Quality issues highlighted to the team are handled in a timely manner
  • To be proactive in identifying process and knowledge gaps and recommend preventative Controls
  • Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed & supporting documentation validated prior to action
  • Handling and monitoring issue and query mails and escalating issues promptly to the Manager
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
  • Communicate with internal business partners on a need basis
  • Assist in SOP documentation/Process Flow s
  • Identify Lean Ideas and quick remediation opportunities
  • Maintain accurate volumes / productivity
  • Participate/Coordinate in tasks such as; data analysis, root cause analysis & metrics reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University Graduate
  • 2-3 years experience in financial services or related industries
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Basic Knowledge or work experience in financial industry
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Should be able to deliver as a part of the team
