The Operations and Payroll, Senior Associate is within GHR Admin team and will be part of the Global HR Service Delivery team. As a Team Member of GHR Admin team, this Senior Associate would be responsible to provide assistance in service delivery of APAC Benefits Admin activities, India GHR Admin activities, download and work on various Workday reports for all the BAU activities, provide necessary support in completion of activities as per GHR Admin tracker.Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining plays an important role in the overall success of the organization. Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs a Senior Associate you will Support Tier-3 queries for India & APAC countries and ensure to resolve all the tickets within SLA timelines Ensure SLA / KPI s are met for all the BAU activities mentioned in the GHR Admin tracker for APAC countries. Provide timely support to the queries received through group mailboxes (Seasiapayroll, Payrollaustralia & GHR Admin-India Operations) Data support, validation, coordination and tracking of invoice payment process for APAC countries Maintain quality of service and ensure data confidentiality Ensure maker checker process for all the BAU activitiesWhat we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and capacity to learn new technology / systems Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to multitask, ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined timelines Team oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Internal teamsEducation & Preferred Qualifications Any graduate/ HR graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR service delivery.Additional requirements Knowledge of India Statutory Compliance and APAC Benefits will be considered a plus Adhere to company policies and guidelinesAbout State StreetWhat we do.
