Job Description

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Business Onboarding and Transitions team ( BOaT ) is seeking a talented, detail-oriented individual to join a growing team dedicated to the support and onboarding of new accounts within Global Operations. This Associate position will be integral to the successful completion of Account Platform and System Setup as well as fostering key relationships with our internal and external customer base. The core responsibilities of the position will include:

  • Initiating State Street system updates in support of new client accounts, closing accounts, fund amendments, market add requests at State Street.
  • Assisting with assigning daily work and running our group email box.
  • Working closely with internal teams during the onboarding process confirming requirements and addressing their inquiries.
  • Requesting various onboarding set-ups from a new client perspective and working with the global teams to obtain all the necessary information.
  • Become familiar with various internal systems to carry out the required tasks for our internal and external customers.
  • Handling and running daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Qualifications:
  • A college degree (Bachelors degree or equivalent).
  • 3 years of experience in operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access, excel and power point is a plus.
  • Excellent communications skills with confidence to interact with multiple levels of management.
  • Desire and ability to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts.
