Job Description

Job Summary: To support business in transitioning their portfolio of business from one system to another or migrate business from previous broker to Willis Towers Watson for taken over business. The work is handled on a strategic basis for big migrations / transitions and on event basis as ongoing business support. Additionally work with the business teams on small projects wherever Transition team s expertise can be utilised to support them.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver as per the KPIs defined for the role
  • Always maintain set SLA Accuracy/quality standards
  • Manage work load/volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirement
  • Update work tracker tools accurately and on real time basis
  • Ensure adherence to standard procedures
  • Participate and contribute in team huddles
  • Develop sound understanding of the business process
  • Ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures
  • Ensure ongoing, open and honest relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external) whilst managing their expectations
  • Operate within the guidelines of internal and external regulators
  • Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change
  • Ensure that all statutory and company procedures are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company
  • Ensure any feedback (including breach/errors) found in the process is informed to the team Manager at that very instance
  • Highly self-motivated, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem solving skills and is capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks
