Job Description

    Operations ManagerQualifications:
    • Only Graduates.
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with at least 3-4 years in a role such as Team Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, or Deputy Manager.
    • E-commerce background is essential; additional experience in SB/MF is a plus.
    • Internal candidates for promotion (through IJP) must meet the overall experience requirement and have worked as an Assistant Operations Manager.
    Language & Communication:
    • Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong communication skills (Versant score of 60 or above).
    Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Operational Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of operational metrics, coaching, and conflict management is expected.
    Competencies:
    • Demonstrated abilities in logical reasoning, problem-solving in ambiguous situations, and strong analytical skills.
