Job Description

    As an Operations Manager at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for managing and developing specialized customer service and operations functional teams within the Operations area. Your role will involve developing strategies to improve staffing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, engaging stakeholders, and working independently on moderately complex issues and projects. Additionally, you will be required to identify opportunities for process improvement, provide training and coaching to less experienced team members, make decisions regarding resources and objectives, interpret and develop policies, and manage budget and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop specialized customer service and operations functional teams- Develop strategies to improve staffing processes and ensure regulatory compliance- Engage stakeholders and internal partners- Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control- Provide training, performance evaluation, and coaching to less experienced team members- Make decisions regarding resources, objectives, and operations- Interpret and develop policies and procedures- Manage budget and financial performance- Collaborate and influence professionals at all levels- Lead team to achieve objectives- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentQualifications Required:- 4 years of Operations experience or equivalent- 2 years of leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:- Experience in Banking domain- Strong proficiency in developing PowerBI dashboards or other Business Intelligence tools- Detailed knowledge of SWIFT, Cash Management Products, and clearing and settlement practices- Strong communication and presentation skills- Project management experience- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities- Highly motivated and energetic self-starterAbout the Company:Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer that values building strong customer relationships while maintaining a risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture.
