Reporting to MD on daily basis through MIS to evaluate your daily activities or problems that arise, make decisions, and track progress. To manage Pan India Operations team (Advt. Assets). To lead and develop the team reporting to the role holder. Responsibility involves delivering Timely Quality Campaign deliveries to consumers. To work with the maintenance teams in the city to ensure optimum utilization of resources through good maintenance practices. Ensure Plans / Schedules are implemented to constantly monitor the performance of team. To manage staffing, performance management and retention strategies for the location. Receiving Purchase indents team, Acquisition understanding the requirement. Preparing comparative statement after proper analysis of offers both technically commercially negotiating with suppliers. Responsible for Creation of Various purchasing documents for Service Purchase Order, Material Purchase Order and Standard Purchase Order. Negotiation with vendor as per Payment terms, delivery schedule, prices commercial terms/ conditions. Knowledge of applicability of various taxes i.e. CST/ VAT, Excise Duty, WCT (Work Contract Tax), and service tax. Quantity and rate comparison and ensure correct quantity order at cheapest rate. Monitor / Controlled store inventory. Develop alternative vendors for machining, fabrication AMC etc. duly review the contract. Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail Preferably a local telugu speaking candidate Expert at HTML5/ JavaScript/ Angular JS/ Web Application Development Knowledge and experience on AngularJS is mandatory. Web Application Development in AngularJS at least 2 years Good knowledge in RDBMS/ ANSI SQL .NET development experience is desirable. Reasonable understanding of OOAD Design Patterns in JavaScript and related frameworks. Mid Level Manager - Sales Required Skills: Candidate should be able to identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.,
