Job Description

Job Title : Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager Job Location : Hyderabad, India About Us: Job Functions:

  • Analyzing market problems and understand how to use those to build successful products by shaping the roadmap.
  • Developing thoughtful and complete requirements for major feature groups across the investment lifecycle. Organize large goals into iterative and achievable plan.
  • Working with UX, Sales Engineering, solutions and non-technical stakeholders to communicate the value of our mobile channels.
  • Defining, monitoring and analyzing metrics that inform the success of mobile initiative.
  • Operating as an Agile Product Owner, leading agile cadence to bring solutions to market iteratively.
Qualifications/Experience
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 years of Enterprise product management experience at a leading company.
  • Desirable: Understand Financial Services and Investment Technology solutions.
  • Desirable: Have applied Lean Startup methodology to discover the product market fit.
  • Desirable: Agile Product Owner certificate and Pragmatic Marketing training.
  • Should be well versed with Mobile technologies, patterns, experiences, architecture styles, and trade-offs. Understand, articulate & apply mobile app trends of different industry verticals.
  • Deep empathy for the customer experience.
  • Demonstrated big picture thinking the ability to see how parts interact across all products & customers ecosystem while retaining the ability to focus user experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, deal with ambiguity and remain focused on delivering value to customers and organization.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with all audiences, including the executive team; well organized and possess a strict attention to detail
  • Technical undergrad degree. Good to have: M.Tech, MS
  • Desirable: MBA from respected college/university with strong academic record.
