1. Work closely with the Client Services Director Digital Marketing.2. Be the face of the SEO team with existing and potentially new clients (sister companies).3. Lead the pitch as and when required to ensure all sister companies within GUS portfolioa. are served by the SEO team.4. Ensure infrastructure set up for enterprise level SEO both for client reporting and internala. Processes and delivery.5. Ensure top line visibility to management of the SEO team and performance.6. Create a learning environment, training modules, reviews and appraisals.7. Define SEO strategy and roadmap for each brand and ensure implementation.8. Own the SEO targets, planning, budget and resource forecasting.9. Identification of potential risks in SEO strategies and future proofing10. Perform regular multi-channel Integrated analysis (traffic, conversion, market share,a. ranking).11. CRO & UX understanding of methods, tools and implementation.12. Implement advanced analytics (event tracking, consumer action tracking, attribution)13. Recommend tools and technical stack to ensure we are the leaders in SEO and teams havea. sufficient tools and support to make it happen.14. Ensure documentation (playbook) of SEO best practices, process and delivery modules.15. Collaborate with Head of Paid Media, Head of Online Partnerships, Head Of Affiliate, Head of CRM & Analytics, technical team and brand teams to deliver success for our ever increasing portfolio of international brands.16. Hands on knowledge of Google Analytics or other Web analytics packages.17. Proven knowledge of the various Googles algorithms changes, penalizations and new procedures.18. Proficient in use of the main SEO tools, Screamingfrog, Search metrics, Moz, Majestic SEO, Ahref, Linkdex19. Knowledge of coding.20. Excellent standard of written and verbal English21. Knowledge of a highly regulated industry22. Knowledge of outreach23. Understanding of Brands commercials24. Demonstrable Director level SEO and commercial experience.25. Experience of large budget SEO management with targets in agency and previous companies.
