Title: Oracle EBS FunctionalExperience: 10+ YearsClient Location: Bangalore / HyderabadMinimum 12 plus years experience of working in a Global IT COE Organization. Functional expertise in Oracle financials and Lead for Finance Record to Report.5 plus years technical experience with the tools used to support Oracle EBS Application development such as: SQL Plus, PL/SQL, Oracle Developer Reports, XML publisher.Extensive hands-on experiences in Enterprise-wide ERP system (Oracle E-Business R12 suite of applications preferred) and experience in processes with respect to Financial and organizational hierarchy design, COA design, maintenance, and governance, GL entry, control, workflow, and automation, Intracompany / Intercompany design, management, and governance, Allocation design, automation, and governance. Minimum 5 full-cycle ERP Go Live projects in the AMER region. Must have extensive hands-on experiences in project methodologies & implementation. Must have experience in Finance & Cost Accounting (including intercompany / intracompany transactions) related to manufacturing companies specifically in discrete manufacturing industries; including integration with Production and Supply Chain. Must have experience in country specifics such as Statutory Reporting, local and AMER Asset Accounting, Tax requirements and legal entity definition. Understanding the eBiz Tax touch points for AR and AP modules to support the tax calculations from external Tax software. Experience in AGIS Oracle interfaces with other ancillary support systems: Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), etc. 10 plus years of working knowledge of ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, EBTAX). Understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow development. Understanding the multi-currency transactions and its accounting impact on ledgers. Understanding of Intercompany transaction flow, accounting and balancing entries Ability to modify Application Configurations as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, workflow, custom library, profile options, etc.). Skilled in developing reports/dashboards Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. A proactive, positive attitude is essential and ability to co-operate across business areas is critical. Strong troubleshooting skills. Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues.
