    Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - HCM_Hyderabad_Work from office 5 days_UK Shift (12:00 PM -08:30 pm) with CMMi level 5 Certified MNCHi,Trust this finds you well!Weve spotted your impressive profile and have an exciting opportunity tailored to your skills and passions.Job Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant- HCMExperience: 10.0 -15.0 years.Location: HyderabadShift: UK Shift (12:00 PM -08:30 pm)Mode: Work from office 5 daysSkill to Evaluate: ORACLE FUSION HCM,Payroll, NA payrollRequired skills :This position will focus on configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation) throughout the implementation & support lifecycles7 years of experience configuring, supporting and deploying Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation).Creating HCM Extracts and delivery options for extractsCreating custom reports using subject areas in OTBI and and BI Publisher (BIP).Writing Fast Formulae in the Journey, Absence, and Payroll modules.Effectively leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments and Configurations and drive project deliverablesTroubleshooting production issues.Designing PaaS components.Designing, updating, and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud SecurityAdding and managing users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the businessMonitoring and managing the Oracle Cloud HCM application in all environmentsWork with internal staff, third-party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.Developing HCM KPIs, metrics reports, and dashboards.Viewing and monitoring service details and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtimeAssisting technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applicationsFunctioning as the primary point of contact for issues in Oracle HCM CloudDocumenting system requirements and process flows.Partnering with development and product teams to identify issues, driving issue resolutionMaintaining business continuity and disaster recovery processes.This job description is intended to describe the general nature of the work performed by employees in this position.
