Job Description

Specific responsibilities an HCM Cloud Administration Consultant can expect while working at Peloton include:

  • Ongoing HCM application administration responsibility across a Fortune 1000 company s Oracle environment.
  • Troubleshooting issues and recommending long term solutions to ease support issues and stabilize applications
  • Soliciting user requirements and proposing approaches to fixing potential issues
  • Development of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to enhance existing applications
  • Ad hoc training of users and administrators
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and new business opportunities
Required Skills Experience:
  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud either implementation or support.
  • Experience as a Techno- Functional HCM Consultant and at least 1 full life cycle HCM Cloud implementation
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, as well as additional support experience across HCM Cloud: CoreHR, Benefits, Absence, Time Labor, and Talent is preferred.
  • Data Mapping and Report Development Experience specifically utilizing BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Technical foundation in software development languages and methodologies (e.g. Java, PL/SQL, etc.). Any experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Software development experience with SQL, PL/SQL and Web Services is desirable
  • Intricate knowledge of defining customer payroll calendar, downstream impacts to CoreHR GL
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Desired Skills:
  • Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud; Core, Benefits, Payroll
  • Additional experience across additional Oracle HCM Modules such as Absence Management, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk, and Security is a huge plus.
  • Experience with Self- Service set- up and mobile responsive testing
  • Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance (GDPR and ITAR a huge plus)
