Job Description

Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Benefits and Compensation ModuleTotal Work Experience: 6+ YearsRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Overall, more than 6 years of Oracle HCM experience on functional roles that may include on-premise and Cloud
  • Should have at least 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant and should have worked on at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations; Benefits module must and should. Experience on compensation modules is an added advantage.
  • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion benefits functionality
  • Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle Benefits module
  • Successfully implemented benefits module for Indian clients (Gratuity plans, Provident Fund, Pension scheme, Group term insurance, Group Mediclaim) and US clients
  • Good knowledge on benefit programs/plan setup, eligibility profiles, Rules
  • Having worked on life event enrollment setup, dependent and beneficiary information maintenance, Benefits relationships, lookups, regulations and reporting groups
  • Extensively worked on rates and calculations, coverage
  • Fair knowledge on benefits extracts and reports and advise technical team with technical specs
Other Skills/Requirements:
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications
  • Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills
  • Good command over spoken & written English
  • Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
  • Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
