Job Description

Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Location: Hyderabad / BangaloreWork Experience: 4 to 8 Years

  • Overall, 4 to 8 years of experience with 2-3 years in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Project implementation
  • Hands on Experience on Complex HCM Extracts, BIP Reports and HDL Loads
  • Hands on Experience in Oracle SQL Knowledge
  • Hands on experience working on OTBI reports
  • Should have experience working Fast Formula for multiple modules
  • Troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules- Experience in REST & Web Services-
  • Experience working on technical tasks pertaining to at least 3 Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Global HR, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation and Recruiting
  • Minimum functional knowledge on the modules to develop integration and extracts
  • Must be experienced in Development/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
  • Knowledge on integration tools such as Python, Java etc. is a value add
  • Knowledge on PaaS, ICS is a value add
  • Good command over spoken & written English, Should be able to work independently
