Job Description

    Job Description Oracle HCM developer preferably with US Payroll/Tax background:Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Maintains Oracle Payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
    • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages
    • Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employers social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
    • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
    • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
    • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
    • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Processing Pre & Post processing methods to run payrolls.
    • Should prepare a payroll dashboard that provide insightful information help payroll administrators proactively monitor, manage, and automate global payroll processes.
    • Process payroll utilizing Vendor payroll software and audit payroll related data
    • Review and process timesheet input records for employees
    • Process manual check calculations, work with the vendor to process stop payments/reversals, enter pay check card entries and assist with check distribution and backup other payroll analysts.
    • Produce timely responses to employee inquiries
    Job Qualifications:
    • Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
    • Proficient in MS Office; strong knowledge and experience with Excel is required
    • Must have experience working in a payroll processing position.
    • Should be Oracle Cloud HCM certified to delivers four updates annually, helping to improve user experiences, productivity, and agility,
    • Understand the basic components of payroll and relate them to a real time pay check
    • Should poses a good knowledge on Oracle US Payroll.
    • Process and validate the payroll processes and supporting reports
    • US/CA Payroll Experience is add on
    • Run a retro pay
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on a consistent basis.
