This position will be responsible for supporting and developing the extensive set of Oracle E Business suite modules currently in use , Self Service , Core HR , Leaning Management , Compensation Workbench , Advanced Benefits , iRecruitment and Talent management. Please note that this is an end user based and not a consultancy role so no travelling involved and the job location will be completely in our Hyderabad office. This is an Oracle EBS Technical Developer role , for the company wide used Global HR system which has been recently upgraded to Release 12. The team provides the in depth expert functional and technical support for Oracle HR System. System Support of all the functionality in use currentlyConfiguring , testing , documenting new functionality and changes to existing functionalityProviding consultancy style advice on functionality and processesReview design for system integrity , security , performance and standards.Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle EBS technical areas such as SQL , PL / SQL , APIs , AOL , OAF , Workflow , AME , BI Publisher , Forms & ReportsProviding project management expertise and delivering a high degree of customer satisfaction. Job requirementsBachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 3 - 5 years of techno functional experience in Oracle HRSQL , PL / SQL , APIs , Oracle Forms & Form Personalisation OA Framework development and extensions using JDEVExperience on OAB (Oracle Advance Benefits) and CWB (compensation Workbench)Development and customisation of Workflows using Workflow Builder and AME BI (XML) Publisher Good understanding of Oracle HR and associated technical architecture including development standards , debugging tools and techniques.Good understanding of Core HR , Payroll , Employee Self Service & Manager Self Service , Oracle Learning Management , Compensation Workbench , Oracle Advanced Benefits , I - recruitment & Talent Management , AOL & System Administration modules.Experience in Discoverer EUL AdministrationThe role brings together staff involved in the development of HR systems.
