Skill-HRMS TechnicalExperience 4-10 Years.8+ years Technical experience in Oracle HRMS applications, strong experience in implementation and customization in Oracle HRMS.Oracle EBS HRMS Technical consultant should have experience in Oracle HRMS EBS modules - Core HR, Self Service HR (SSHR), Absence Management, Benefits and Talent ManagementVery strong experience in the following development tools:Mandatory: SQL, PL/SQL, Performance Tuning, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher.Very strong experience in the Oracle API and RICEW elements.Develop, test and support software components, (viz.reports, forms, OAF, ADF, workflow, interfaces, Web services, customizations, data migration scripts) and document system and processesVery strong knowledge/experience in debug/troubleshoot Performance issuesShould have good knowledge of EBS Integrations with other SystemsDemonstrates strong knowledge of concepts and theories in own discipline.Demonstrates ability to teach others the technical and functional knowledge and skills needed to achieveresults at the optimum level of performance.Demonstrate ability to provide Technical solution to technical team after discussion with functional team
