1. Overall EBS Experience of 8 years to 10 years Oracle EBS Engagements, out of them minimum 3 implementations in Oracle Project Accounting, Costing, Billing & Management , Earned value analysis , Managing costs of actual ,budget & forecast and IFRS accounting . Preference given if they worked on OTL also. Minimum 1 Year of experience in Oracle EBS Support Engagements, should have delivered in a Customer facing role in at least 2 projects, Should have extensively worked on Process Design, Development of RICEW, Testing and Data Conversion activities. 2. Domain Expertise: A Matured professional with sound knowledge and expertise in Project Costing , accounting, billing and Oracle Time and Labor. Analyzing the Financials and Business Processes. 3. Application Expertise: Expert in Oracle EBS Financial (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Project Accounting and OTL) Applications (11i & R12). Expert knowledge in the Financial implications of various transactions across Financial, Distribution & Manufacturing Applications. Knowledge in, Earned Value analysis and Oracle Project Costing & Billing, IFRS accounting methodology is Desirable. Thorough knowledge in Standardizing the project templates , Cost breakdown structures, Resource allocation, Material assignments ,Managing Costs of actuals ,budgets & forecasts and implementation of workflows or approval processes. 4. Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge in the Oracle EBS data base tables and columns, Good in SQL query writing and extracting data as required, Good in understanding PLSQL and other development tools. ,
