Coordinate with onsite team and off - shore team and understand their specific requirements. Attending client calls (client BSA team) for better understanding of the requirements. Performing in - detail technical analysis for enhancement / defects. Providing estimation and development approach for enhancement / defects. Coding and unit testing related to enhancement / defects. Prepare all documents related to enhancement / defects like MD - 70 , TE - 20 , Code Review checklist , Final Inspection checklist , Hi - codes (Internal tool used for checking PL / SQL coding standards) report etc. Development of new BI - Publisher reports (RTF , EXCEL , E - text templates , Cross - tab (Matrix)) , multi - tab excel report using XSL coding in PL / SQL package , text reports generated using PL / SQL coding , Oracle reports. Customization of seeded Oracle reports. Development of SQL scripts based on requirements. Workflow customizations like POREQCHA (Requester Change Order Approval) , PORPOCHA (PO Change Approval for Requester) , and WFMAIL (System Mailer) , REQAPPRV. OAF customizations by extending the Controller class. Patch Impact analysis from technical perspective. Knowledge Transfer to new joiners in the project. Providing session on Core Java Concepts , Sub ledger accounting , Hi - codes and ITO ticketing tool Hi - Pad to team members. Working on value - added tasks for the project like month - end closure automation development. Working on some Project management activities related to Project audit like updating peer review sheet , Defect_Record_FT_Pre delivery , Defect_Record_FT_Post delivery , Delivery records etc. Perform an action,
