Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Counseling students and ensuring quality services
  2. Callings effectively to generate walk ins, leads to follow up using ERP.
  3. Respond to student queries
  4. Have basic understanding of education industry
  5. Ensuring meeting the company expectations of registrations
  6. Excellent coordination with team members and departments
  7. Being authoritative and be well rounded.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor (or above) qualification
    • Experience from Customer service (Outbound process) /sales will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Should have very good communication skills.
  • Should be an Immediate Joinee.
  • Must be fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi
  • Only Females can Apply
