To lead the P&O function in a multi-country organization (i.e., cluster or multi-country organization or within a global unit/ function) or a matrixed country with a structured P&O organization. Typically leads the P&O function in a medium to large revenue organization with > 300 employees.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: To be responsible for a small client group with support of a P&O Manager; may act as advisors to first line managers in relevant areas; to support the P&O Business Partner and also act as a liaison between the client and other P&O services (specialists and shared services). Support the P&O Business Partner in the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals. Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of various P&O processes (i.e: performancemanagement,recruitment & selection, induction for new hires, talent management, OTR,succession planning) for a predefined population in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s). Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client s Business plan. Support the implementation of rewards and incentives to achieve the Unit s goals. Support the P&O BP with relevant and accurate reports on compensation and specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data. Maintain accurate and efficient daily P&O principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all administrative practices and policies. P&O BP in analyzing skill gaps and development opportunities within client group. Support personnel cost budgeting process and control and contribute to P&O projects at country or BU level.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Post Graduate degree in business or management; MBA or equivalent with Human Resources Specialization 3 + years experience, with at least 3+ years partnering mid-size businesses. Influencing without authority Visibility Working in multi-national context and across countries & Generalist exposure across the full array of HR elements. Ability to communicate effectively across levels, cultural sensitivity and extensive business partnering experience.
