To lead the P&O function in a multi-country organization (i.e., cluster or multi-country organization or within a global unit/ function) or a matrixed country with a structured P&O organization. Typically leads the P&O function in a medium to large revenue organization with > 300 employees.P&O business partner Sandoz Development Centre Hyderabad, India executes on the Talent Management and Culture strategy for SDC India and regulatory functions (along with global and local business partners) to meet future needs of the organization. Provides People & Organization strategic leadership to people managers, proactive support in designing and sustaining their organization structure, setting up a high performance culture, developing programs to attract and retain best talents. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: To manage the P&O function within a complex organization (non-strategic TechOps site, Global Function or similar) or multi-country organization. To be responsible for implementing a broad range of P&O activities for the supported customer group. Typically leads the P&O function in a small revenue organization with > 100 employees or experienced senior P&O BP responsible for a complex client group within a global unit / region/ very large country. Contribute to the development of a country/regional P&O agenda, and aligned with the global P&O strategy. Implement and adapt regional P&O plan in country organization. Provide counsel and strategic recommendations on the design and implementation of P&O services. Manage the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the region (i.e. Recruitment/ Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement). Manage the development of manpower plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts. Lead personnel cost planning, monitoring periodic cost and productivity analyses. Lead the budget/resource allocation for the area of responsibility. Lead the performance and talent development of direct reports and give to talent development of indirect reports Proactively understand the people issues and help people managers to effectively handle.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Master Degree in social sciences or business administration Desired Ideally an advanced degree or specialization in HR 10-12 years experience as Global HR including experience in facilitating TM, OD and Change Management projects. Experience of working within a matrix/complex organization Proven ability to handling a high volume of activity involving multiple, often complex projects simultaneously Track record of successfully managing change, cultural awareness and sensitivity initiatives.
