Job Description

IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and Responsibilities Your day in the role will include.

  • Working on key activities of Plant Maintenance (PM) to include inspection, notifications, corrective and preventive maintenance, repairs, and other measures to maintain an ideal technical system.
  • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
You will come with.
  • Ability to work on new architectural changes and solution offerings in S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management
  • Understanding of integration aspect of Plant maintenance with other Modules like FI, MM, SD, HR and PS
  • Working experience on Testing Tools and Defects Management Tools
  • Working experience in HANA Predictive Maintenance, Fiori, MRO, Maximo, etc would be an added advantage
  • Very good communication skills with client facing abilities at all levels.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Overall 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA with Functional/Technical proficiency
  • At least 1 year of SAP experience implementing SAP Plant Maintenance in S/4 Hana involving direct interaction with Business Process Owners or Core Team Members
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Experience in building solution to streamline SAP transactions through automation
  • Experience in working with concerned team on, Data Migration, Enhancements, Technical Developments
  • Well versed with SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management features in the newer versions like 1709 and 1809
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams.
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies and techniques
