Job Description

    Position: Partner Account ManagerFunction: Jio Enterprise SalesDesignation: Manager / Senior ManagerReporting To: MSMB Sales Channel LeadLocation: HyderabadExperience / Qualifications:
    • Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
    • 8-12 years of experience (minimum 5 years in channel partner management in any industry)

    1. Achieve revenue targets assigned through channel partners.
    2. Accurately forecast revenue by analyzing market insights and opportunities within the assigned channel partner network.
    3. Ensure deliverables align with objectives for effective channel-led business growth.
    4. Design incentive programs across various channels in line with regional strategy.
    5. Oversee a smooth onboarding process for channels, ensuring compliance and governance on a defined schedule.
    6. Implement system development and operate according to guidelines for the region/state/area.
    7. Maintain relationships with partners to ensure long-term ROI.
    8. Drive business initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
