Job Description

    As per the profile being shortlisted and understanding based on the candidate assessment, PFB the JD for the Profile of US Payroll.Job Responsibility:
    • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in US Payroll preferably in Oracle
    • Experience in handling contextual payroll processes like garnishments, running payroll cycles, resolving payroll errors
    • Well versed in researching and correcting variances and ensuring accuracy of payroll
    • Well versed in procedures and policies related to US Payroll
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver as per the deadlines.
    • Good knowledge of MS office and good communication skills
    • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
    Specific Areas of Expertise
    • Working knowledge on the Garnishment of the Payroll (under the Wage Garnishment, identifying difference of SS and Medicare wages, FUTA wages error, SUI wages error)
    • Experience on setting up Direct Deposited and tax form working experience on W-2, W-4 form.
    • Resolving state and SUI notices, processing W2C, assigned organization and preparing tax adjustment files like relocation, NSO.
    • Daily validation of tax summary and transmission error report and fixing those with mapping and header creation.
    • Basic work experience on funding cash flow spreadsheet, funding reconciliation and settlement
