Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pega Developer to join our team. The Pega Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality applications on the Pega platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, architect efficient solutions, and ensure a smooth end-to-end development process.Key Responsibilities:
    • Application Development: Design and implement Pega BPM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
    • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Pega applications.
    • Technical Design: Develop technical design documents, application flows, and specifications for new features.
    • System Configuration: Configure and customize Pega applications using Process Flows, UI elements, Business Logic, and integrations.
    • Integration: Integrate Pega with other systems through RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, and support seamless data flow across platforms.
    • Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure applications are functioning as expected. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
    • Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation, adhere to coding standards, and ensure code quality.
    • Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, optimize processes, and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
    • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and make enhancements as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
      • Experience in designing and building Pega BPM applications.
      • Proficient with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and Pega Rules.
      • Strong understanding of Pega frameworks, particularly the latest versions.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Strong skills in Pega BPM design and development, including case and process design.
      • Knowledge of Pega data modeling, rules, and components (such as Decision Tables, Declarative Rules).
      • Proficiency in integration services like REST, SOAP, JMS, MQ, etc.
      • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies is a plus.
    • Certifications (Preferred): Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)or other relevant Pega certifications.
