The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and implementPEGA-based enterprise applications and workflowsParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design and technical strategyDevelop scalable and reusablePEGA components, case types, data models, UI, and business rulesConfigure and customizePEGA workflows, decisioning, integrations, and reporting capabilitiesCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirementsPerform code reviews and ensure adherence toPEGA best practices, coding standards, and guardrailsDevelop and support REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systemsTroubleshoot application issues and provide timely defect resolution and performance optimizationSupport deployment activities, release management, and CI/CD implementation processesMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teamsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demosEnsure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards across the application landscape________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications7-9 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-onPEGA development expertiseStrong experience withPEGA PRPC platform and case management frameworksExperience inPEGA application development, workflow automation, and business process managementProficiency inPEGA rules, flows, activities, sections, harnesses, decision tables, and integrationsStrong understanding ofPEGA architecture, guardrails, and performance optimization techniquesExperience with REST/SOAP web services and system integrationsFamiliarity with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling conceptsExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in geographically distributed teams
