We are looking for someone who can join immediately Key Responsibilities: 1: Ability to convert business logic/requirements to automations 2: Hands on requirement analysis, design, development 3: Analysis of Robotic Process Automation opportunity within business processes 4: Develop solutions using Pega Robotics to automate business tasks and processes 5: Gather robotic process automation, business rules and requirements from SME 6: Design the solution based on functional requirements Technical Experience: 1: 3 to 5 years of total experience with 6 plus years on Pega RPA. 2: Architect the technical solution, and lead the technical team in development activities 3: Perform code reviews to ensure application quality 4: Ensure compliance with coding standards, UI standards and Corporate standards 5: Experience in performing impact analysis, application development, performance management Professional Attributes: a: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization b: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Certification: 1: Certified on Pega RPA. ,
