Job Description

To lead the P&O function in a multi-country organization (i.e., cluster or multi-country organization or within a global unit/ function) or a matrixed country with a structured P&O organization. Typically leads the P&O function in a medium to large revenue organization with > 300 employees.P&O People Partner Sandoz Development Centre Hyd, India provides full range of P&O people Partnering responsibilities to the business and be responsible for the successful delivery of P&O programs or policies. The incumbent will also execute the Talent Management and Culture strategy for SDC India and regulatory functions (along with global and local business partners) to meet future needs of the organization.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals within a dedicated client group. Works with people managers across functions to realize the people metrics Coordinate and support the implementation of various P&O processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, organizational planning and OTR to achieve the Unit s goals, in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s). Ensures effective implementation of the Sandoz Development Centre Hyderabad Talent Management Strategy Ensures traction of the succession plans and change management Development of the training plans for SMEs and people managers/leaders in line with capability build Drives the culture agenda with catalysts across all teams Driving a learning culture across Sandoz Development Centre EEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Post Graduate degree in business or management; MBA or equivalent with Human Resources Specialization with at least 6+ years experience in People Partner or Talent Management. 6-10 years experience as Global HR including experience in facilitating TM, and Change Management projects.
