Job Description

    Position SummaryThis position will be responsible for developing applications, integration points and services within the PeopleSoft Enterprise FSCM Solutions. This role will participate in all development lifecycle phases with emphasis in development and testing. This is a technical role that requires strong PeopleSoft technical skills and the understanding of the PeopleSoft Application ArchitectureJob Functions
    • Understanding and working from business requirements documentation.
    • Creating new and modifying existing programs, features, and functionality for the PeopleSoft FIN suite including Billing, AR, AP, GL.
    • Knowledge of developing front end applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, Angular is a plus.
    • Building RESTful APIs to integrate with front end applications and external systems.
    • Supporting the creation of technical design solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Supporting the Development, testing, debugging and documentation of PeopleSoft applications in accordance with standard development practices and architectural requirements.
    • Plan, initiate and conduct unit testing of applications and support system testing as required.
    • Work with the project architect and database administrators to resolve complex technical issues and understand system performance associated with the introduction of new technologies.
    • As a part of a project team, share technical and product knowledge with other team members.
    • Participate in technology/tools evaluation and software technical proof of concepts.
    Minimum QualificationsBachelors Degree in related field required or equivalent work experience.4 years working with PeopleSoft Applications.Strong PeopleTools technical skills including development of processes/reports; Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Tools, Data Management tools and Reporting Tools.Full understanding of the systems development life-cycleFamiliarity with software architecture concepts.Preferred Qualifications:Good analytical, design and problem solving skills.Excellent customer interface skills and the ability to effectively communicate with business analysts and end users as well as off-shore team members are required.Strong analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration
