6- 9 years experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft Implementation, Support, Enhancement projects. Must have done 2 or more project implementations in PeopleSoft HCM Perfect understanding of PeopleSoft HCM applications Minimum of 2 years of experience in PeopleSoft 9. 1 or above and 8. 5x tools or higher Hands- on functional experience in Core HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Labor modules Should have experience in : Requirement gathering, Functional solution, Defining new business process, Fit/ gap analysis and resolutions, Creating functional designs, Conducting Conference Room PilotsUnderstand Business terminology and ability to talk directly to customer on Business RequirementsExperience with writing functional designs and testing for interfaces, conversions and customizations and coordinating with technical teams Ability to design data integration between PeopleSoft and other PS or non- PS applications Well conversant with L2 and L3 Support Excellent Communication skillsImmediate Joinees,
