Job Description

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 15 to 20 years of industry experience
  • Expertise in resource management and career development
  • Knowledgeable in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Knowledgeable design and business processes
  • Keen understanding of demand and capacity tracking as well as time management and forecasting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • 2+ years of managing a team of 8 or more resources
  • 2+ years experience in developing Test Plans and Performance test Scenarios using requirements and design documents while specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Architecture, Environment, Roles and Responsibilities
  • 2+ Years of experience on mission critical 24x7 environment
  • Complete awareness of Software Development Life Cycle. Experience in software quality assurance, defect tracking, and test strategy development
Education RequirementsBachelors degree preferred in computer science, IT or related fields.,
