Job Description

    Performance Marketing Specialist BrontoBoost is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and report campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing. The candidate should be strong in performance thinking, client communication, and AI-enabled execution using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.Key Responsibilities:
    • Campaign Management
      • Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from strategy to execution.
      • Run lead generation, conversion, remarketing, local business, and awareness campaigns.
      • Optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and budget efficiency.
      • Coordinate ad creative requirements with internal content and design teams.
    • Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing
      • Plan and execute promotional, event, lead nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns.
      • Create audience segments, message hooks, CTAs, follow-up journeys, and campaign calendars.
    • AI-enabled Marketing
      • Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools for research, campaign ideas, ad copy, reports, and automation ideas.
      • Review AI output critically and convert it into practical campaign execution.
      • Create faster briefs, performance summaries, and creative direction using AI.
    • Client Communication & Reporting
      • Join client-facing calls and understand business goals, offers, target audience, and expectations.
      • Explain campaign performance clearly in Telugu and English.
      • Prepare weekly or monthly reports with insights, actions taken, and next-step recommendations.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
    • Experience with email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
    • Understanding of funnels, retargeting, landing pages, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking.
    • Comfortable handling client-facing calls and performance reviews.
    • Must be located in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
    • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
    • Working knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
    • Ability to analyze campaign data and recommend practical optimizations.
    • Fluent communication in Telugu and English.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Agency experience, experience with restaurants, retail, healthcare, education, or local businesses, and working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, CRM workflows, WATI, Interakt, Asensey, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo will be an added advantage.
