Manage plant finance controlling function and monitor drive overall efficiency and productivity in the plant.
Business Partnering
As part of the plant management team, drive the business as a co-pilot along with the plant manger. C ollaborative actions with operations on controlling the costs, taking prudent decisions on the spending including capex, and optimizing inventory.
Keep the overall costs under control and manage MBC, NQC, Inventory etc. as per business targets
Internal Controls Digitzation :
Drive robust internal controls
Support all the finance transformation projects deployed in the plant.
Support on the tax optimization
Support internal audit / caro / icfr, cost stat audit relating to the plant perimeter
Long term Planning
Support the Long term industrial planning for the plant and strategy on rebalancing / transfer projects, footprint optimization etc.,
Rolling forecast and Business Reviews
Prepare annual business plan for the plant
Facilitate target setting for all other plant KPIs.
Ensure alignment of the plan with global business priorities, corporate objectives.
Prepare and participate in the quarterly business review and quarterly rolling forecast
Reporting and performance measurement
Manage the business performance accurately and give the relevant insights to the management
Validate and ensure all the reporting in the global reporting tools for consolidation and performance follow up
Education:
ACA / ICWA
Desirable Management Qualification in Finance
Job Related Experience:
Minimum 10 to 12 years in Finance department in manufacturing industry with 3 years experience as head of Finance in a factory set-up
Business Understanding:
Knowledge on Manufacturing operation in engineering / electrical industry;
Others:
Understanding of plant KPIs, working capital management; cost reduction techniques
Ability to read, write and speak in English
