Job Description

    Plant Head Factory Operation HeadJob Description Handling of New Project and set up new Machinery (erection) Hands on Experience to handling entire factory operations of Master batch/ Compound plant In Dept Knowledge and work Experience of different functional departments likes R&D, Production, and QC in strong manufacturing organizations of Polymer/ Plastics sector Throughout Knowledge of Polymer, Additives & Pigments etc Complete responsibility of Plant Utilities (Machinery, Air compressor, Generator, Ro Plant, cooling tower etc.,) Thorough knowledge of compounding equipment such as extruders ancillary & Injection Molding Production planning and scheduling according to the orders received and to maintain shop floors WIP as low as possible to avoid mistakes and inconsistency at shop floor; and reporting as per hierarchy Knowledge of latest Guidelines of Labour/Factory Act Laws applicable Knowledge ofmaintenanceof polymer compounding machinery Responsible for process control to meet production target; Technical support for process trouble shooting to the Master batch production line, Colors, Additives and white. Review of daily production and downtime To ensure maximum utilization of manKey Skills.machine and material in day to day working Conducting trials for raw material and coordinating with customer for new development Immediately solve any minor production related issues or break-downs at Plant & Customer end Help in carrying out safety studies including plant, process, occupational safety and doing necessary modifications if required.HANDLING THE MACHINE & EQUIPMENTLIKESingle Screw ExtrudeTwin Screw Extrude like Omega of Steer & CopernicanHigh Speed MixerPulverizeSpectra photo meter and all testing EquipmentEssential Knowledge about Injection Molding MachineKnowledge of All Grade of Plastic like Engineering Plastic & Commodity plastic Which are use to Manufacture of Master batchesIf you are interested Kindly send update CV on this Email id: hidden_email
