Job Description

Who were looking for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, communicate, plan, align and execute the product roadmap for compliance and data privacy aspects of CIAM
  • Be an SME of data privacy related regulations and how they affect our customers and their end users
  • Drive engineering teams to deliver on the CIAM dev tools roadmap, making priority decisions based on a decision framework; make trade-off decisions based upon immediate needs to close business, product strategy, product quality, gaps identified by analysts
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams on product interface concepts
  • Drive product marketing to deliver go-to-market material
  • Enable sales on new product releases and solutions
  • Meet customers and partners to communicate company/product strategy, address requirements.
Ideal Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of designing, implementing and operating scalable and API driven software solutions, especially in a cloud environment
  • 2+ years of relevant product management experience, leading engineering teams from a product vision and execution standpoint
  • BS/MS in Comp Sc / IT
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a vision and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering market leading solutions to market and developing new products with commercial success.
  • Hands-on skills to be able to own/maintain/run demos and lab environments.
  • Cloud and/or cyber security domain expertise - Has a good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud domains, ideally with expertise in cybersecurity.
  • Prior Development Experience: a deep understanding of software lifecycle management, Developer Experience, APIs and micro-services and related security aspects
  • IDaaS, SSO, MFA, Cloud Directory experience would be a strong plus.
  • SaaS Business Models: Experience with SaaS Business Models, especially as it relates to transactional, usage-based business models
  • Excellent communicator: Ability to present to large audiences, keynotes, webinars.
  • Product leader: Keen understanding of what it takes to conceive, design, build, deliver and market a new product/cloud service.
  • Travel required 25%.
