Job Description

Professional knowledge in coordinating project portfolio and managing project pipeline. Collect, compile, verify and analyze information regarding overall project portfolio used for decision making. Support the preparation of project and team communication materials using your creative skills to engage the audience and get messages across clearly and effectively. Responsible for maintaining systems and documentation according to Project Methodology. Understand the expectations of key stakeholders and work with Project Managers to meet these expectations. Help organize regular team meetings and follow-up on action items.3+ years of experience in HR, or similar field.Highly structured and organized in work.Familiar with MS Excel functions including reporting, statistics and data analysis.Experience working in Global team environment with multiple time zones.Experience working in highly confidential environment.Strong writing skills, ability to outline the key information among massive inputs.Attention to detail and numbers.Knowledge of HR systems and solutions.Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of taking ownership, managing conflicting priorities and driving results.Bachelor s degree in Business/HR.Fluent in English. Quantitative background with proven ability to synthesize and make sense out of huge amounts of data.2+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management.Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.,
