Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience working in an operations capacity such as scaled or sales operations, vendor management, or process or organizational optimization. 3 years of experience in leading enterprise level global programs. Preferred qualifications: MBA. 2 years of experience with identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy. Experience with SQL, data analytics and modelling tools. Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies. Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action and excellent analytical skills. As a Policy Enforcement Manager, youll be responsible for working with a global team of Policy, Enforcement, Product, Engineering, Tools, and Legal to prevent violative content from appearing on the site. Youll evaluate abuse trends and quality within vendor operations, and youll develop creative solutions to address quality, workflows and processes. Youll also review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities. You will be leading cross-functional global programs to create business impact. Oversee enforcement quality across policy areas, including calibrations with vendor teams. Lead global programs cross-functionally to impact business metrics. Work cross-functionally, think strategically, and keep our users safe while protecting free speech. Review controversial and offensive video according to YouTube s Community Guidelines.
