Position Details: BusinessAnalyst-6to8YrsExp Description: VEDIC SYSTEMS is a Business, Process, IT consulting and Professional Services enterprise, offering products and a broad range of expert solutions to Public and Private sector companies. We are looking for seasoned, dynamic & enthusiastic candidates to participate in the growth of our group with offices located in Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam. Potential Candidates must match the following : Total Industry Experience : 8+ Years Relevant Experience : 6+ Years Responsibilities : 5+ years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on business system analysis and functional specification development Must have worked with Customer and Customer Facing Role Develop functional documentation which fully describes the current structure of the system, along with impacts to the system resulting from proposed changes Work with business partners to validate, clarify, and normalize business requirements Interact with solution architects to validate current system design, and how proposed solutions affect that design in order to fulfill stated requirements Validate functional documentation with all partners, business, architecture, development and QA Guide development and QA through the process of converting functional analysis into software solutions and software test plans As a change management lead, collaborate with the development, testing and release managers Experience documenting functional specification, such as the creation of use cases, wireframes, process and data flows Experience with supporting and delivery functional specifications for large scale web applications Experience with business needs analysis, documenting requirements, managing the requirement development process, and translating user requirements into technical specifications Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle, both waterfall and agile methodologies, specifically Scrum Attend/ Facilitate meetings with users/ Clients regarding requirements when appropriate Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required Experience working in a professional and consulting environment preferred Must have excellent organizational and project management skills ,
