  1. Revenue Realization reaching monthly targets on customer revenue realization, assuring a maximum
possible amount that can be invoiced to our customers in each period
  1. Productivity reaching the desired billable occupancy levels, by managing with the global resource
manager the resource assignments and take actions as needed to assure revenue generation targetsare met
  1. Customer Satisfaction reaching desired customer satisfaction levels, by understanding customer
needs, translate these into specific actions or personalization of the Services provided and defining andimplementing general Service improvements plans
  1. Employee Satisfaction reaching desired employee satisfaction levels, by assuring to provide a safe
and attractive work environment, opportunities for personal growth, award desired behavior and buildteam coherence.Experience/QualificationsMid to senior level experience in leading software development teams (at least 5 years of experience insuch a role), with extensive experience in handling all people management aspects and provenexperience and ability to inspire a team to get the best results, improve itself and achieve more eachdayUnderstands and has own experience in an Agile Software Development Life Cycle processUnderstands how to balance the different objectives and KPIs, to reach an optimal mix between themand have overall success.Sensitive communicator, able to build bridges and define and effectively negotiate and implementsolutions options that are best for all parties concernedAbility to build and implement a performance-based culture, where high performers are rewarded, andlow performers are either assisted to improve their results or are asked to find opportunities elsewhereHas extensive experience in a customer facing role, identifying opportunities for improvement inService delivery, and able to build relationships with customers and act a trusted advisor to senior levelmanagementIdeally, has experience in ServiceNow Delivery services / implementationsRegardsTeam HR
