The position reports to the RBU Head of Practice and country Head of Operations. Detailed Job Profile:Drive company s Strategy & capability roadmap in the ARAA/ IOT/ CX/DTC space from a Technology and management perspective.Build a core team that will include Technology experts, BI Developers, Data Scientists of ARAA/ IOT/ CX/DTC projects.Tracking and control of operational parameters like utilization of resources, bench etc.Work with Pre-Sales and lead Technical solutioning and estimation for new proposalsIdentify talent within the business unit and leverage same for proposals and POCsTeam Learning & development planning.Assist Client Executive Partners with developing presentations, pushing strategic portfolios, pricing models, proposals and SOWs for new opportunitiesLead development of thought leadership in various aspects of BI&A including Big Data, Analytics, Data Quality and Governance, Master Data Management (MDM) and Data IntegrationDevelop & manage Technology Alliances in line with the strategy with Predictive and real time Analytics players like SAS, TIBCO, IBM, Oracle, Netezza & other Niche players and also Data Visualization players like Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Cognos, SCADA, UI/UX etc.Prepare future roadmap with respect to both Skills & Technology, within the Practice and Recruit/Train/Develop analyst-level employees to meet the demands.Candidate Profile and Key requirements:Over 15+ years of total Experience and at least 3 - 5 years in similar capacity preferably in a company offering services similar to AtosShould have good experience in Big Data and Analytics TechnologiesHands on experience on at least 1-2 Big Data projectsUnderstanding of cloud-based big data and warehouse solutions- Experience in non-functional/functional designs for analytics platformsWorking experience with AI/ML and Data ScienceExperience in building/migrating to cloud-based data solutions of ARAA/ IOT/ CX/DTCIn-depth experience in building ETL solutions, data lakes, data warehouses and analytical platformsExperience in non-functional/functional designs for analytics platformsStrong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities with Excellent communication, collaborative, and delegation skills.
